Tortolì, the auctions for San Salvatore have been awarded: over 1000 euros offered

With s'imbidu yesterday evening in Tortolì the celebrations in honor of San Salvatore began, the third and final event of Is Festas de sartu .

“ Su giuali ” was sold to Betty Caria , who won the very tight auction by offering 770 euros. The small simulacrum , the sacred image of the Child, was instead purchased by Gian Giuseppe Stochino for 350 euros. In compliance with tradition, he will keep it in his home until November 30th, the day on which the patronal feast of Sant'Andrea is celebrated in Tortolì.
