Tortolì, Our Lady of Lourdes has arrived: large crowd of faithful

A large crowd of faithful welcomed the simulacrum of Our Lady of Lourdes, a pilgrim in the diocese of Lanusei.

Delivered to Unitalsi last September for pilgrimage throughout the national territory, the statue of the Virgin arrived around 6pm today in Piazza Fra Locci. From here the procession headed towards the church of Sant'Andrea where the city's Catholic Action animated the meditated rosary.

Tomorrow, at 9am, mass will be celebrated in the church in via Amsicora and at the end the simulacrum will reach the Rsa in viale Europa for a moment of prayer with the guests of the structure, where the celebration of mass is scheduled for 11.15am.
