Tortolì, car on fire during the night: arson not ruled out

A car on fire in the night in vico Ponza, in the upper part of Porto Frailis. The fire broke out shortly after 1:30. The residents who noticed what was happening were concerned and immediately called the Tortolì firefighters.

The 115 personnel immediately intervened together with a patrol of the Carabinieri of the Lanusei company to carry out the necessary surveys and to understand what caused the flames. The malicious origin of the fire has not been excluded. But to ascertain this, further investigations will be needed, supported by testimonies, including that of the owner of the Toyota Yaris, a woman of Roman origins, and by viewing any footage recorded by the video cameras.
