The collection of signatures in Torre delle Stelle ended after almost a month : 700 were collected by the new association of Torre delle Stelle to ask the Municipality of Maracalagonis for the status of a hamlet for the tourist resort .
Now a report will be prepared which will have to be discussed and approved by the association itself and then forwarded to the Municipality, the Prefect and the Region. The decision will be solely up to the municipal administration which will then decide on the matter.
The president of the New Association Franco Iurato says that the initiative “is aimed solely at collaborating with the Municipality to design the future of Torre delle Stelle.
