The appeal by the lawyers of President Alessandra Todde against the ruling of the civil court of Cagliari that confirmed the injunction order of the electoral guarantee board with a fine of €40,000 and the sending of the documents to the regional council to pronounce the forfeiture regarding the alleged violations of the rules on the financing and expenses of the electoral campaign for the last regional elections has been notified to the Court of Appeal.

Signing the appeal are the lawyers Benedetto and Stefano Ballero, Giuseppe Macciotta and Priamo Siotto. The Roman lawyer Francesco Cardarelli could join them during the discussion.
