Disaster touched in the center of Sassari due to a very dangerous stunt.

A group of young people, in fact, set fire to the gas pipes that feed the skyscraper in Piazza del Rosario , and then flee.

Firefighters and technicians from Medea, the company that manages the city's gas network, intervened on the spot.

In a few minutes the whole area was made safe and the risk of the entire building blowing up was averted .

The local police immediately started investigations to trace the perpetrators of the gesture: some witnesses were heard and images of the video surveillance cameras in the area were acquired to try to identify the vandals.
