Theft of panties with lace, 35-year-old from Olbia acquitted

Acquitted of the theft of five pairs of panties with lace, refined lingerie taken from a drawer of a furniture in the bedroom of a Lombard manager.

The Court of Tempio exonerated the 35-year-old Simone Canu from Olbia with a broader formula, for the singular coup that took place in a residence in Portisco.

Even the prosecutor Gianmarco Vargiu had asked for the man's acquittal, because it has never been proven that he was the one who stole the lady's lingerie. A singular theft, because whoever entered the villa in Portisco lost interest in other valuables, but found the time to open the landlady's drawers, taking away the sexy underwear.

For the Public Prosecutor's Office it is not about Canu and the defender, the criminal lawyer Angelo Merlini, asked for and obtained acquittal.
