The judge of the preliminary investigations of the Court of Tempio, Caterina Interlandi, has put an end to the investigation into the alleged disturbance of the bankruptcy auction of the Geovillage.

The entrepreneurs Gavino and Fabio Doche, the director of the Industrial Consortium of Olbia (Cipnes), Aldo Carta, the Roman professional, Vittorio Occorsio and the accountant (bankruptcy trustee) Gian Carlo Fenu have all been acquitted of the charges.

For the first four, the judge writes that the disturbance cannot be disputed because in reality the Geovillage auction never took place, so the problem is that the judicial sale did not take place. But on this point it must be said that in the course of the investigations, Cipnes legitimately acquired the sports tourism compendium of Olbia (also following provisions by the Council of State). For Fenu, however, the investigating judge says he had no role in the affair.

During the investigation, the Geovillage had been seized, Carta suspended, Gavino and Fabio Doche arrested, all provisions revoked by the Review and Cassation. The defense (lawyers Marzio Altana, Alessandro Gentiloni, Antonello Desini, Pietro Carzedda and Bruno Cuccu) expressed satisfaction.
