The obligation of the Green Pass in the workplace is triggered today. Public and private employees, but also freelancers, must show the "green certificate" issued after the anti-Covid vaccination or the result of a negative swab to access the workplace ( ALL RULES ).

However, discomfort and protests are feared, even in Sardinia. In Cagliari, in Piazza del Carmine, in front of the Prefecture, there will be a garrison organized by the Italian Federation of Intercategory Trade Unions, to which the VAT number movement has also joined. An initiative to represent the discontent of workers for the "oppressive and coercive climate" created by the obligation to present the certificate.

And then there is the risk of transport chaos. For example, there are about a hundred drivers from Arst who have not had the vaccine and therefore - if they do not use tampons - they will not be able to take up service. This is 5% of the total number of drivers in the company. A problem that affects Ogliastra in particular.

In the meantime, the Municipality of Cagliari has launched a new initiative to meet those who, without a vaccine, need to carry out the Covid test: from Monday morning the free rapid swabs return to the Piazza Matteotti station. "An opportunity - said the mayor Paolo Truzzu - for those who cannot get vaccinated and also for those who do not want to do so by personal choice".
