The exhibition in Sala Duce "Passages of identity" opens the collaboration between the municipality of Sassari and the Academy of Fine Arts
25 works by 20th century Sardinian artists will be exhibitedEnhance the city's artistic heritage . This is the objective of the collaboration project between the Municipality of Sassari and the "Sironi" Academy of Fine Arts .
The initiative was presented this morning by the councilor Laura Useri, the director of the communication and art education department Paola Pintus, Sonia Borsato and Davide Mariani, professors of the museology and history of contemporary art course.
The first act of the agreement is the exhibition " Transitions to identity - Visual changes in the picture gallery of the Municipality of Sassari" which will be set up in the Sala Duce of the Doge's Palace from 12 May to 7 June.
25 paintings from the Municipal Collection by 20th century Sardinian artists such as Video Anfossi, Maria Lai, Mauro Manca, Mario Sironi, Filippo Figari, Stanis Dessy, Liliana Cano, Zaza Calzia, Libero Meledina, Ausonio Tanda, Sissinnio Usai and Costantino were selected Spade.
