Out of prison the "serial slapper". This was the decision, yesterday in court, of judge Paolo Bulla who thus accepted the request for a plea deal, agreed by Bruno Conti, Nasri Mohamed's lawyer, and the public prosecutor Antonio Piras. Three months of imprisonment established, a sentence that has already been served in pre-trial detention, and which brings the 20-year-old Algerian to freedom after, in the first days of October 2022, he had beaten some people, chosen randomly, between Quartu , Cagliari and Sassari.

Four months ago the young man had become the protagonist of a full-blown assault, always with slaps, against some passengers of the station of the Turritan capital. In the previous days he had attacked the elderly and young even in the Cagliari area, choosing his victims at random.

Just on that occasion the soldiers of the Arma were called who had finally proceeded to detain Mohamed.

The slapping attempt had also been directed against some carabinieri who intervened to stop him and for this reason the charge of resisting a public official had also been added to the accusation against him of aggravated injuries.
