Acquittal of all those involved in the collapse of an industrial warehouse in Tempio. The sentence is by judge Marcella Pinna, the facts date back to June 2012. The warehouse had been commissioned by "Nico Serramenti", the injured party in the trial, and collapsed a few days before the inauguration.

No one was involved in the disastrous structural failure. The director of the works Pietro Pasella, the tester Martino Pasella and the designers and producers of the prefabricated buildings that had collapsed, Alessandro Angius and Luigi Rum (Nuova Scac spa and Nuova Scac consulting and engineering) were acquitted with the broadest formula from the charge of negligent disaster.

The defendants, defended by lawyers Jacopo Merlini, Sergio Diomedi, Mauro Muzzu and Gianluigi Poddighe of the Sassari Bar Association, were considered completely uninvolved in the facts, the cause of the collapse must be attributed to a construction defect of a prefabricated beam.

The owner of the warehouse, Maurizio Cossu, had joined the civil action with the lawyer Fabio Varone.
