Mogoro, gets out of the car and is mowed: tragedy on the 131

A fatal accident occurred this morning along the Statale 131 at the height of Mogoro , towards Cagliari .

The victim is Antonio Piras , 61 years old from Serramanna .

The man was traveling in the company of his 24-year-old son aboard a fiat 500 , with a load carried inside a trolley. According to what was reconstructed, he got out of the car to check the load and was run over by a truck.

Unharmed but in a state of shock , the 61-year-old's son , who also got out of the car but miraculously escaped the accident.

On site the fire brigade, traffic police and rescuers.

Road homicide investigation opened .
