It is an entirely Roman affair that led to the arrest of three people, accused of an alleged five million euro scam carried out in Olbia using the 110% Superbonus procedure . Two Roman entrepreneurs, owners of the Capitoline companies Edimp Italia Srl and Brick Big Srl, were arrested on the orders of the investigating judge of the Court of Tempio for issuing invoices on non-existent or partially non-existent transactions and aggravated fraud against the State.

Federico Caprari and Fabio Fraticelli were placed under house arrest , as was the alleged on-site accomplice of the two entrepreneurs, the Nuoro technician Giovanni Cambosu . However, the Sardinian professional has a secondary role in the affair, at least according to the investigations of prosecutor Mauro Lavra.

The alleged scam was allegedly organized and implemented in Rome. According to the staff of the Guardia di Finanza of Olbia, coordinated by Captain Carlo Lazzari, tax credits worth over five million euros were "created" through fictitious operations, proven by false invoices. The holders of the credits are people resident in Olbia, owners of apartments in condominiums. Buildings where the declared energy efficiency works have never taken place . Also according to the investigations, the Municipality of Olbia also received false communications. In some cases the credits would have already been collected. Tax credits for the entire amount were seized. No comment from the defender of the suspects, the lawyer Antonello Fadda.
