Rain and wind are lashing the Gulf of Angels, and during the night between Monday and Tuesday, the sea reached the point of "eating up" the Poetto coastline in Cagliari.
The storm surge caused by the windstorm currently hitting Sardinia has practically wiped out Centomila Beach.
The waves, especially at the first stops, have carried water right up to the kiosks. And the wind shows no signs of abating.
