Stintino, wild boar cub risks drowning in the pool: rescue

He was walking by the edge of the swimming pool of a private house, when he suddenly fell into the water and risked drowning.

The protagonist of the misadventure is a wild boar cub who was rescued and saved in Stintino by the men of the barracellare company, under the command of Gavino Depalmas.

The alarm was raised by the owners of a villa in the Tanca Manna area, a house equipped with a swimming pool full of water, which is undergoing renovations. They saw that the animal had entered the private property area , venturing inside the structure near the swimming pool. They tried to grab it with the use of a net with a handle, but the boar began to get agitated.

Then they tried with a rope , and once harnessed the animal was lifted and released from danger. The rescue operation was carried out with the collaboration of the carabinieri of the Stintino station who worked to free the puppy and set him free.
