More than thirty witnesses will be admitted to the trial in progress at the Tempio Pausania Court which sees the former Cagliari player Daniele Ragatzu , accused of stalking and mistreating his former partner.
Furthermore, in the last hearing, judge Camilla Tesi rejected the exception with which the defense lawyers, Filippo Pirisi and Giambattista Alimonda, asked that the telephone messages exchanged between Ragatzu and the father of the ex be excluded from the file of the trial, extrapolated from the smartphones of the two.
The prosecutor Ilaria Corbelli and the lawyer of the civil party, Cristina Cherchi, then filed their lists of witnesses, as did the defense.
All the witnesses were admitted to the hearing, which will resume on January 27 with the deposition of the former partner of Daniele Ragatzu, alleged victim of the violence.
The facts contested by the prosecution date back to the period 2016-2017, when - according to the Prosecutor's Office - Ragatzu mistreated, humiliated and insulted her partner and cohabiting partner, also forcing her to leave her job and forcing her to spend the days closed at home.
Also according to the prosecutor, the mistreatment would continue despite the woman's pregnancy and even after the two had left.
