New "slow down speed" speed bumps have been placed, after a citizens' petition, in via Pascoli in Settimo San Pietro. The objective is to limit speed in the most at-risk points of the town centre. Like in via San Salvatore, Roma and Stazione where the bollards appeared several years ago.

The speed bumps were mainly placed near schools and kindergartens. A choice of the Municipality. There are those who say they are in favor, others who are against it.

Meanwhile, on the ring road that connects Settimo to Sinnai, attempts are also being made to curb the speed of cars. The local police of Sinnai has decided to also operate the speed camera in the section under its jurisdiction. The service will also affect several internal roads, Solanas and San Gregorio on the former Orientale.
