Gianluca Vacchi owes nothing to his administrator Pietro Oliva (55 years old from Olbia), but Oliva also owes Vacchi nothing for the alleged shortfalls in the Bolognese entrepreneur and influencer's bank accounts. This is the ruling of the Bologna labor judge at the conclusion of the case against "Mister Enjoy." The case concerns the complex issue surrounding the management of Vacchi's assets.

The labor judge's decision is significant because it rules out, albeit indirectly, the possibility that Pietro Oliva misappropriated approximately €900,000 by managing Vacchi's assets. The alleged misappropriation is at the center of an ongoing criminal trial in Tempio Pausania, and today the judges interviewed a Guardia di Finanza investigator regarding the dizzying flow of money, millions of euros, which essentially accounted for Vacchi's cost of living in Sardinia. It's difficult to trace the movements of money from "Mister Enjoy"'s accounts to those of his administrator.

What is certain is that Oliva (represented by lawyers Domenico Putzolu and Maria Caterina Pisano) owes nothing to his administrator for vacation, leave, and other benefits not enjoyed as part of their employment. However, the first-instance civil ruling also states that Pietro Oliva did not take his employer's money. Obviously, a complete picture of the matter will have to wait for the conclusion of the criminal trial . Vacchi's lawyers have already appealed the labor judge's ruling.
