The proceeding for sexual violence against the president of the Court of Tempio Pausania, Giuseppe Magliulo, has been closed.

This was decided by the magistrate of the court of Rome, accepting the request of the Public Prosecutor of Rome on 18 May. This was announced by his defender, the lawyer Valerio Spigarelli.

The magistrate had been accused of harassment by a colleague serving in the same court but the accusation turned out to be unfounded.

The investigation was launched in piazzale Clodio, which has jurisdiction over events involving the judges of Sardinia, in 2020, but the facts date back to 2019.
