Sestu, house fire: mother and son poisoned

Two people were poisoned and a home was damaged. This is the toll from a house fire in Sestu.

At first light, some neighbors raised the alarm at the sight of the fire and called the fire department, which responded with three teams. The blaze was extinguished, and a woman and her disabled adult son were treated on the scene by emergency services for minor intoxication.

Transport to the hospital for checkups was being considered. Damage was limited, with some rooms blackened by smoke.
