The cruise season also begins in Oristano.

In fact, the Sea Cloud , coming from Cagliari and heading for the Alghero roadstead, has docked at the public quay, with about 50 passengers on board .

Awaiting them, for the usual welcome crest exchange, were the representatives of Adsp, the maritime authority and the administration of Santa Giusta .

For guests, mainly of American nationality , there will be excursions to the Archaeological Park of Nuraghe Losa di Abbasanta, to the sacred well of Santa Cristina and a gastronomic tour.

The port is the first of two planned by the ultra- luxury company Sea Cloud Cruises : next stop in the port of Oristano next 6 June, from 2 pm to 11 pm.

The multi-port program includes 6 ships on the calendar and about 800 passengers. "With today we close the first phase of the cruise season in all the ports of competence - explains Massimo Deiana, president of the Adsp of the Sea of Sardinia - A signal that is still timid, but that we must welcome with great satisfaction, because the market on Oristano is still active and, once the crisis has been definitively overcome, I am sure it will still have important growth margins to support which the AdSP will deploy all the necessary energies, both in the promotional and infrastructural and passenger services fields ".
