It took 20 years to finish the works and inaugurate the Astra, a former Sassari cinema now used mainly as a theater. Well, two months after the cutting of the ribbon by the mayor Nanni Campus, the facade of via Cossiga remains smeared with horrible drawings and writings, which continue along the walls of the staircase.

So much so that if a tourist passes by by chance, he thinks of an abandoned structure, perhaps a haunt of alcoholics or drug addicts, since the drawings are not even graffiti by talented writers but sketches of dubious taste.

As if they were two different worlds: inside everything new and brilliant, outside no man's land.

Inexplicable neglect on the part of the Sassari administration for a work that cost 5 million euros of European funds and also a little something on the part of the two companies that managed the Astra: Teatro Sassari and La Botte e Cilindro.
