Work in Nuoro, half the city dry on Monday

Nuoro taps dry next Monday: the water stop is due to the Pnrr works. Abbanoa announced that on June 30th it will close the supply of many neighborhoods of Nuoro that will remain dry for a few hours. The scheduled interruption of the water supply is necessary for the installation of new equipment as part of the works financed by the Pnrr.
The stoppage is scheduled from 2pm to 10pm and will affect the areas served by the Murrone and Cuccullio reservoirs, which will be temporarily put out of service to allow for the interventions.
The neighborhoods affected by the closure of the Murrone reservoir are: La Solitudine, Sa e Sulis, Irrilai, Sa e Manca, Su Campu, Santu Predu, Preda Istrada, Corte 'e Susu, Santa Ruche, Su Cuzone, Ubisti, Piazza Italia and Su Serbadore.
As regards the Cuccullio reservoir, the areas of Nuraghe, Carta Loi, Monte Gurtei, Istiritta, Rione Italia, Sa Terra Mala, Sacro Cuore, Badu e Carros and Furreddu will remain without water.
