No case to answer. The preliminary hearing judge Sergio De Luca has ordered, in recent days in the court of Sassari, the acquittal of three street vendors accused of undue receipt of non-repayable contributions .
The proceedings referred to the sums paid to the category of workers by the Region between 2020 and 2021 during the covid period. Two tranches of 6 thousand and 7 thousand euros for the two years which, according to the accusations, would not have been cumulative. The lawyer Simone Pisano, who assisted the three workers during the judicial affair triggered by the investigations carried out by the Guardia di Finanza of Bosa, has a different opinion.
The lawyer pointed out that the two figures had a different compensation reason, one for "the reduction in work activity and the consequent loss of income in 2020 due to the Covid-19 health emergency"; the other, with regional law of 2021, for "the interruption of work activity as an operator in the sector of village festivals and fairs in the period between 19 March 2020 and 31 December 2020". The same arguments were also already expressed by the Review Court of Sassari a few months ago on the same episodes.
