On Saturday 28 June, the Sardinia Pride 2025 will parade through the streets of Sassari , the demonstration for freedoms and rights which, after the 2022 edition, returns to the north of Sardinia with a large unitary event, organized by Mos , this year's leading association. The motto of the edition will be "Corpi in rivolta".

"Sardinia Pride returns to the square to reiterate that the existence of LGBTQIA+ people is still a political act and an act of resistance," explain the organizers.

"The Movement returns to the streets to shout against those who continue to judge queer bodies as unconventional, and try to make them invisible. Bodies that challenge the norms and that, for this reason, are excluded, erased and that our society would like to be cured."

"We want to send a signal against the abandonment of the most multicultural area of our city, the one that most needs structural and social interventions to restart a process of positive coexistence, restoring dignity and value to people ", the organizers also explained when presenting the event today at Palazzo Ducale, with the mayor Giuseppe Mascia.

The procession, with four sound system floats, will start from Piazza Università at 5:30 pm, will cross the historic center to make a stop in Piazza Castello, where it will meet the deferred start designed together with people with disabilities, and will then continue to the Garibaldi hemicycle, where the reading of the political document shared by the Sardinian queer realities is planned.

Before and after the event, the Pride Village will be set up in Sassari, which this year will be held on Thursday 26 June at the Tavolara Pavilion and on 27 and 28 June at the public gardens, using the Ollahround association as a logistical partner.
