The list of persecutory behaviors that a 49-year-old from Sassari allegedly committed against his parents from 2009 to 2020 in Porto Torres is long.
According to the charges, the man forced his relatives into a long regime of abuse and physical violence aggravated by outbursts of anger and sometimes excessive alcohol consumption.
Several insults addressed to the father and mother, in addition to spitting and the constant turning off of their television, pushing them to go to bed. Then the violence against the parent hit with punches on the head and a kick in the face. Today in court in Sassari, Judge Silvia Masala ordered the defendant, defended by the lawyer Claudio Mastandrea, to be sentenced to one and a half years in prison.
