Systems never installed and installments to pay to the finance company, with amounts that can reach up to 40 thousand euros. Damage and mockery for the victims of the Sassari and Gallura branch of the alleged maxi photovoltaic scam. We are talking about the investigation conducted by the Cagliari Prosecutor's Office and concerning the contracts of the companies Fototermico Italia Srl, Capital Invest srl, Isola Solare, srl and Easy Home srl. The customers of the companies that also operated in Northern Sardinia and are now in the sights of the Guardia di Finanza are furious.
It is not just about the alleged failure to pay European funds, reimbursement of up to 85 percent of the expenditure incurred, and the incentives provided by the Energy Services Manager (GSE) and Enea. In Sassari and Gallura, in fact, the alleged victims complain about the failure to activate the plants, after the stipulation of contracts with payment commitments (through financial companies). The signatories of the complaints are represented by the lawyers Mariano Mameli, Lia Casu, Gianfranco Grussu and Filippo Orecchioni.
The lawyers say: "We are waiting to hear the results of this investigation. The people we are assisting received a bracket or a panel. They have never seen the photovoltaic system in operation, or, to be precise, they have not seen the system at all."
Having stipulated contracts with the finance companies to advance the amounts, the customers of Fototermico Italia Srl and the other companies under investigation have no escape, they must pay for the systems they do not have.
The alleged crimes are criminal association, fraud and self-laundering. The Court of Review of Cagliari recently released almost one million euros, money returned to the suspects. The alleged victims are embittered because the first complaints date back to 2020 and only now have the first measures arrived.
