The boulders in the dirt road that leads from the beach of Porto Palmas to the parking lot of the famous beaches "Ebi Dozzi 'and" La Frana " (all localities of Nurra located in the territory of Sassari ) were placed on 13 June by the Immobiliare Champoluc srl, which has various disputes underway with the Administration.

With the motivation "to avert serious and irreparable damage because in that area in the summer campers and cars would pass and park". An act that had raised popular anger.

So the mayor of Sassari Nanni Campus on 24 June had issued an immediate order to remove the boulders, "to allow access for emergency, fire and police vehicles".

Measure challenged to the TAR by Champoluc srl, which requested the suspension of the order. The TAR, however, agreed with the Municipality of Sassari , rejecting the company's request.

According to the TAR, in fact, " the public interest defended by the trade union ordinance prevails over the private interest claimed by Immobiliare Champoluc Srl". So the passage from the beach of Porto Palmas to those of the Frana and Ebi Dozzi will continue to be free, to the delight of tourists and swimmers.

It is the second time in a few days that the Tar has ruled on disputes raised by Champoluc against the Municipality. Only a couple of weeks ago, the Administrative Court, in relation to another appeal by the Real Estate which asked for "the immediate suspension of the board resolutions challenged on the allocation of Zones F4", held that the question "could wait and be examined together with the merit, in a few months ".
