Six before the judge of Tempio Pausania, Nicola Bonante, for an alleged fraud against the Region. According to prosecutor Franca Cabiddu, used wind towers, brought from Spain, would have been passed off as new.

This is one of the accusations made for the modernization of a Putzolu farm in Olbia, a project financed by Argea. The Forestry Corps has reported alleged illegal use of already used plants. Two wind turbines would have been brought to Olbia from the experimental wind farm in Tarifa, Spain. The accusation of fraud is against Claudia Falduti, Paolo Casellato and Paolo Santuliana from Veneto, Mauro Deiana from Olbia, president of the board of directors of the Putzolu Agricultural Society, and the professional Gian Piero Barrottu. The latter is contested for the content of the certifications (false for the prosecutor) concerning the testing of some parts of the wind towers. THE

also investigated, for a residual dispute of forgery, the designer Giuseppe Sini.

The Forestry investigations were carried out in the Petra Bianca area, in Olbia. According to the prosecutor, contributions from the Region and state incentives for over 180 thousand euros were unduly obtained. The defense (Bruno Cuccu, Gabriele Satta, Fabio Varone and Domenico Putzolu) reject all the accusations and today presented an exception of territorial incompetence.
