" Alessio, however, chose to go to the hospital anyway and remained there until the Maltese police arrived ," the lawyer concludes.

Lupo risks attempted murder charges . According to judicial sources, the Tempio Prosecutor's Office - working for several days together with the Flying Squad of the Sassari Police Headquarters - is awaiting indications from the Maltese Prosecutor's Office, which could find elements to charge the twenty-seven-year-old with attempted murder. Lupo, for the moment, is not registered in the register of suspects of the Gallura Prosecutor's Office.
