The rich program of Christmas events kicks off tomorrow at the Cagliari Fair. There will be Santa Claus ready to meet the children to listen to their requests and wishes. But other proposals, by the Municipality and the Chamber of Commerce will take place in the suburbs, from Pirri to Sant'Elia.

In the pavilions of Viale Diaz, Christmas scenes will be projected on the walls and there will be snow cannons. It will also be possible to board a real galleon made available by the Military Command of the Army and taste the dishes prepared with the field kitchens of the Sassari Brigade by Cagliari operators, dressed as buccaneers for the occasion. Furthermore, for the first time in Italy, the paintings of the Hotel Rigopiano will be exhibited, the Abruzzo hotel overwhelmed by an avalanche on January 18, 2017, a tragedy in which 26 people died.

And, again, Sardinian handicraft exhibitions, and rides.

The events at the Fair will continue until 12 December and will resume from Thursday 16 to Sunday 19.

The appointments in the squares, on the other hand, will be repeated, again in the morning, on 23 December in Piazza Italia in Pirri, on 26 in Piazza Giovanni and on 28, the last date of the event, in the square of the Lazzaretto di Sant'Elia.
