A 56-year-old unemployed man was arrested in flagrante delicto yesterday in Sant'Antioco : violation of the provisions for removal from the family home and the ban on approaching places frequented by the offended person are the accusations.
The military, after reporting to the operations center, intervened in via Nazionale and surprised the man who was pursuing his rival on foot, insulting him and threatening him with death .
A clear violation of the precautionary measure issued by the investigating judge of Cagliari which led to the immediate arrest. The 56-year-old is now under house arrest .
