At the end of an investigation by the Carabinieri of Sanluri which began following the complaints presented by a 46-year-old in October 2022, the Gip office of the Court of Cagliari ordered an application order for a precautionary measure against a local man, that he would be responsible for persecutory acts against his ex-partner.

The woman would have suffered stalking, continuous messages on her cell phone and harassment of various kinds. For the ex-partner, a ban has been ordered from approaching the injured person , the home, the workplace and other places usually frequented by her and from maintaining a distance of at least 500 meters from her victim, as well as not communicating with her through chat and phone.
