San Vero Milis, first court hearing for the teacher suspended for prayers

First hearing, Wednesday morning, before the judge of the Oristano Labor Court, Consuelo Mighela, for the teacher of San Vero Milis suspended for twenty days after the accusations of three parents.

Marisa Francescangeli, who had filed an appeal to ask for the suspension to be cancelled , told the judge about the episode that happened in 3B of the elementary school of San Vero Milis: «Two prayers were recited before the Christmas holidays».

The lawyers Elisabetta Mameli and Domenico Naso of Uil, who assist the teacher, then asked for the admission of the evidence, i.e. the hearing of the witnesses. Instance on which the judge reserved the right to decide.
