If the first flight operated by Ryanair in Italy dates back to 1998, the first ever flight of the airline from Cagliari dates back to January 2007, with destination Pisa .

Since then, Ryanair has grown significantly in Cagliari adding domestic and international routes and carrying over 2.7 million passengers a year.

This summer, Ryanair will offer its largest ever schedule to Cagliari with 39 routes, including 2 new routes to Gothenburg and Genoa. This operational record will see Ryanair grow by 70% compared to the pre-Covid period .
