Drama of loneliness in Ghilarza: Elderly woman found dead at home after a week

For a week, no one had seen her around. Only a disturbing silence from the stone house on Via Matteotti in Ghilarza , and on Friday evening the alarm was raised: Raffaelina Miscali, 77, was found dead by firefighters from the Abbasanta detachment . The alarm was raised on Friday shortly after 8:30 PM. The pensioner's relatives called the Carabinieri because the phone, which was ringing unanswered, was beginning to trigger anxiety and fear .
