The appeal filed against the Municipality for the antennas activated in front of Casa Ghardaia has been rejected
The mobile phone repeaters installed in the heart of the Costa Smeralda remain in place .
This was decided by the Regional Administrative Court of Sardinia by rejecting an appeal filed against the Municipality of Arzachena for the antennas activated in front of Casa Ghardaia , two antennas that stand right in front of the villa designed by the architect Busiri Vici .
The pylons are from Wind Tre Spa and Iliad Italia Spa , the telephone companies have all the permits from the competent authorities, both at a regional and national level. The antennas are located on the Pevero hill.
The owners of the villa, through the lawyers Tiziana Lancierini and Paolo Giovannelli, had requested the revocation of the permits .
The administrative judges have agreed, for now, with the lawyer of the Municipality of Arzachena, Stefano Forgiarini, establishing that there are no reasons to prevent the installation of the systems.
