These are the weather phenomena that will characterize the island tomorrow, Friday, February 6, according to the bulletins issued by the regional Civil Protection.

«From the early hours until the afternoon/evening, storm surges from the west-southwest are expected in Sardinia along the western coasts and along the exposed southern sectors, with significant wave heights offshore of approximately 5 metres in the first six hours, and an average wave period of around 10 seconds».

As the day progresses , "the wave motion will slowly tend to decrease, with significant wave heights offshore which in the afternoon will remain above 3 m and with an average wave speed of around 8-9 per second."
