Emanuele Ragnedda's lawyer, Luca Montella, released a brief statement on his client's condition.
Ragnedda, while he was locked up in the Bancali prison (Sassari) after his arrest for the murder of Cinzia Pinna in Conca Entosa, allegedly tried to tighten her neck with a rope .
The report to the prison police was apparently made by another inmate. The entrepreneur was transferred to the Santissima Annunziata Hospital in Sassari, where he is currently admitted to the psychiatric ward.
