The psychologist and the cousin of Daniele Ragatzu's ex-partner confirm the allegations against the Olbia footballer.

Two key witnesses spoke today in the courtroom of Tempio Pausania in the trial that sees the attacker accused of stalking and ill-treatment of his ex-partner , for events that took place from October 2016 to October 2017.

The psychologist, who followed the woman in the months following the separation, confirmed the "state of prostration" of the alleged victim, caused by the forced coexistence with Ragatzu .

The cousin of the alleged victim instead defined it as a "temporary depression", at that time she was " depressed, unkempt, badly dressed and never made up ".

“Often – he added – she didn't answer my calls and messages, once we met Ragatzu together, she always kept her head bowed, avoiding even talking ».

The witness then denied what was said by the father of the alleged victim, who a month ago became the protagonist of a sensational about-face before the judges , withdrawing all the accusations and indeed in practice accusing himself.

"I have not agreed with anyone to agree on the statements in the courtroom," she reiterated.

The judge, rejecting a request from defense attorney Filippo Pirisi, decided to keep the chats and messages exchanged between the footballer, the woman and her father as evidence in the trial file. Finally, the lawyer Cristina Cherchi, who protects the alleged victim, recalled that the proceeding for slander brought by Ragatzu against her client was filed by the investigating judge in January 2022: «This is to underline that the victim did not slander her ex mate,” he clarified.
