If the goal was to give a smile and an afternoon of light-heartedness, there is no doubt: the fourth edition of the event "Il Silp lights up blue" hit the spot.

Almost 1,500 people crowded the hangars of the 7th Flight Department at Fenosu airport on the occasion of World Autism Day.

Six hundred "special" children from all over Sardinia and many students took part in the big party promoted by the Silp Cgil police union.

" The superheroes are inevitable - the promoter Daniele Rocchi recounts with satisfaction - associations from all over the island responded to the invitation".

Music, dances, acrobatics and a performance by the dog units made the appointment unforgettable for children and their companions who, between a photo on the unit's helicopters and one of the vintage cars parked in the square, had the opportunity to take a selfie with Batman, Spiderman and the Incredible Hulk.

Commissioner Giuseppe Giardina and the Prefect, newly installed, Salvatore Angieri also took part in the initiative. Great satisfaction for the organizers: «Once again we have managed to involve many participants - says Rocchi enthusiastically - and we have achieved our goal: to launch a message of social inclusion».
