"Take care outside the Region", Doria: "A lightness, a non-existent scandal"

The case of the Radiotherapy patient in Nuoro invited to be treated outside the region arrives in the Regional Council .

«It is a non-existent scandal that has created serious image damage to the local health authority of Nuoro and to the health system of Sardinia because it had an important media impact in the face of the fact that the problem does not exist and that there was a lightness » explained this morning the Councilor for Health Carlo Doria , who will later speak in the Chamber on the matter.

According to the exponent of the Giunta "something quite serious happened: the same certificate contains the taking charge of a patient and an advice to the same patient to go outside ". A contradiction that "has generated a sense of indignation at the invitation to send a patient out of the Region even though it is not necessary, having been taken over by the same structure that had set the preparatory centering for radiation treatment in the correct times".
