A 50-year-old woman, a public employee, is the recipient of an order from the Tempio Tribunal which effectively requires her to immediately leave her apartment in a condominium in Olbia .

The charge is stalking , and the alleged perpetrator has been ordered not to approach the victims, a family with very young children who live on the floor below the suspect's home.

Prosecutor Noemi Mancini is alleging a series of behaviors that have been going on for several years: the terrace was washed up to ten times a day to allow water and bleach to drip down to the lower floor, the washing machine and vacuum cleaner were turned on after 10 pm, furniture was moved during the night, broomsticks were hit on the floor late in the evening, sheets were hung out to cover the alleged victims' windows, and finally, continuous "walks" with heels banging on the floor .

The Tempio Prosecutor's Office, given the persistence of the behavior reported by the victims, requested and obtained the removal of the woman identified as responsible for the "condominium" stalking. Particularly heinous, according to the documents, were the actions that disturbed the sleep of a child, the son of the targeted couple . The stalked family is being represented by the lawyer Abele Cherchi, who is pursuing all legal proceedings to protect the victims.
