The eligible workers of Laore are on a war footing.

Over the past few weeks, the union representatives of the eligible candidates have repeatedly requested a meeting to discuss with the Councilor for Agriculture and the institution's commissioner to define the methods of using the active rankings.

"It goes without saying that the response was a deafening silence, a sign of indifference and distance from the problems of young Sardinians" , is written in a note from the grassroots general union. «In fact, in the former capacity of Councilor for Reform and Personnel, the current Councilor for Agriculture Satta, with several press releases, had urged the use of the Laore rankings rather than announcing new competitions. To date this has not happened: in fact the Region is preparing to announce new competitions to cover the same professional figures already present in the Laore rankings. It is not understood why instead other rankings (Aspal) have been used and will continue to be so until they are exhausted ".

According to the union, "there is a risk of pitting the eligible candidates in the active rankings against each other, Sardinians against Sardinians. This is because the short-sighted political choice not to use the existing rankings and to launch new competitions creates expectations that the administration does not meet".

In conclusion, a request is raised: «The suitable ones in the Laore rankings experience a condition of employment uncertainty therefore they ask the Region for a formal commitment with a positive or negative answer on their political choices. The suitable cannot be kept in a sea of uncertainty. Therefore, in addition to soliciting new meetings with the Councilor for Personnel, with the Councilor for Agriculture and with the Commissioner, the suitable Laore will put in place new actions to fight».
