The paradise on the sea in the sights of the police. The checks of the building surveillance unit of the local police have arrived in the area of Is Canaleddus, between the towns of Murtaucci and Sa Traia, overlooking the beach of Mari Pintau, and they have reportedly detected a series of irregularities among the bathing and recreational facilities in the area.

After an initial inspection in recent months, the first demolition orders had arrived , then a subsequent inspection revealed that the abuses regarding the kiosk-bar, the platforms on which the umbrellas and sunbeds of the beach area and the bathrooms were placed had not been remedied. Hence a new order in recent days that orders the demolitions, under penalty of heavy fines and the acquisition of the works as municipal property. But the companies that manage the activity are ready to appeal to the TAR. An appeal that had already been presented by the owner who is awaiting a sentence.

The ordinance, signed by the director of the private construction sector of the Municipality, Marco Loddo, claims that the authorizations given for the installation of kiosks and establishments were seasonal. This means that at the end of the season the artifacts should have been dismantled and the beach cleared to then be reassembled the following summer.
