The fifth edition of the “Premio Nemo Propheta” kicked off tonight at 6 pm, the illustrious celebration dedicated to Sardinian excellence in the fields of culture and sport, with special attention to the Paralympic dimension.

The event, hosted in the evocative setting of Sa Manifattura and intertwined with the multidisciplinary festival “Officine Permanenti”, is once again proposed as a tribute to the island’s talent and ingenuity, capable of making Sardinia a protagonist beyond its borders. On stage, Maria Sias, president of the ICS Association, opened the ceremony flanked by some figures awarded in past editions, such as the freediver Chiara Obinu and the young sailor Pierluigi Caproni, living symbols of a Sardinia that excels and inspires.

"The Nemo Propheta Award is not just an award, but a message of hope and ambition for the future of our land," Sias emphasized, recalling the importance of celebrating the island's talents as a collective heritage. This year, seven protagonists have been awarded for their contribution to culture and sport, each honored with a work of art created by masters of the caliber of Mabi Sanna, Andrea Forges Davanzati and Luciano Melis, testifying to the virtuous intertwining of arts, sports and Sardinian identity.

An event that, now in its fifth edition, continues to tell the story of a Sardinia that dreams, builds and flies high, driven by the inexhaustible energy of its talents.
