Over ten thousand people attended the Easter Monday events, the event that animated the heart of the city of Porto Torres. The squares and Corso Vittorio Emanuele packed with people are the litmus test of the great success of the long musical marathon "Notes under the Tower - Easter Monday in music for Asinara".

From midday to dinner time in the city center there was a continuous flow of people to follow the musical appointments and other events that accompanied the great live performance of the artists in concert under the Tower. A few minutes of waiting for the opening concert of Tazenda, the Sardinian band that sent the immense audience present into a frenzy. Then, just before 6pm, everything started as planned, a free show which, after the Tazenda concert, saw the artists of Mario Riso's Rezophonic project alternating with Cristina Scabbia, Omar Pedrini, Eva Poles, Paletta, Gagno, Andy, Francesco (Fry) Moneti, Gagno and Garrincha, members of international bands including Lacuna Coil, Timoria, Prozac +, Punkreas, Bluvertigo and Modena City Ramblers. Closing out are DJ Toky from Virgin Radio.

The events in Corso Vittorio Emanuele began at 10am with the opening of the large pedestrian area which hosted appointments and initiatives throughout the day, markets and artisans, artists and stands, all aimed mainly at promoting the Gulf and of the island of Asinara. The rain and less than optimal temperatures did not discourage the huge audience, with the presence of German and French tourists, who showed curiosity around the 12 white Asinara donkeys, including puppies and adults, made of polystyrene.

About a hundred curious and passionate people at the stand to ask for information on excursions and services to visit Asinara. Island protagonist on Easter Monday also from the point of view of visits: the ferry managed by Delcomar traveled at full capacity towards Cala Reale. «We can speak of a very successful edition – declares the Councilor for Culture Maria Bastiana Cocco – together with the confirmation that Porto Torres can achieve excellent results with major events. For this we thank the traders, cultural associations and Park operators for their enthusiasm and commitment in organizing the event."
