For over 15 years he had been persecuting a woman in Porto Torres , an entrepreneur, regardless of the measures, including prevention measures, taken against her.
This morning the precautionary custody order ordered by the investigating magistrate was issued, carried out against the stalker , a 56-year-old local man , by a crew of the Flying Squad.
In recent months, even violating the prescriptions imposed by the Sassari prosecutor's office, the man had intensified his harassing behavior , appearing several times in the commercial activities managed by the victim under various pretexts, for example by delivering small gifts, or waiting for him outside.
The repeated conduct of the 56-year-old had generated a persistent state of anxiety and fear in the entrepreneur, which then also extended to her family unit , which led the woman to contact the police officers of the Sassari police station.
