Pirri, several streets in the dark and exasperated citizens

Pirri sinks into darkness. It's pitch black on Via degli Aironi, Via degli Stendardi, Via Orifama, Via Corridoni, and Via Alessandro III, where street lighting has been absent or insufficient for months, turning the streets into traps at sunset.

"We've been sending reports to the municipality and the local police since November," exasperated residents complain. "Our requests fall on deaf ears, and no one intervenes." A situation that, as the weeks pass, has become increasingly dangerous.

In fact, the number of accidents recorded in the evening hours is countless: accidental falls on uneven sidewalks, especially while walking the dog, with the constant risk of hurting oneself without even being able to see where one is putting one's feet.

"The darkened streets fuel fear and insecurity," residents complain. "It's been a problem for months now, still awaiting a concrete response from those in charge, but all is quiet."
